AutoCAD Technologist

Experienced AutoCAD Technologist wanted to join our growing team.

• AutoCAD Technologist from $45 to $55 hr.

What we offer:

• Competitive wages depending on experience 
• $55 to $155 LOA for remote workers depending on location
• Shift in and Shift Out Allowance for remote workers up to a maximum of $400 each way
• Some projects have camps provided

Requirements:

• MUST reside currently in western Canada
• MUST pass mandatory pre-access Drug screen and complete a Respiratory Fit Test
• MUST demonstrate experience producing AutoCAD drawings for:
  • Drawings for Condition Assessment Reports
  • Design, and Construction Working Drawings
  • Prepare quantity takeoffs and budget estimates
  • Site work Jobsite work progress review and As-built measuring for design purposes
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, surveying, and GPS equipment data
• Proficiency with AutoCad Civil 3D 2020
• Good oral and written English communication skills, with ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Sketchup or Revit and Adobe photoshop is an asset
• Diligence, thoroughness in data gathering and accuracy in calculations
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and initiative-taking collaborator
• Class 5 Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and ability to provide a clean Drivers Abstract
• Completion of FLHA before start of work and reassess with changes to personnel, equipment, tasks, etc.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions and managing up to 50lbs
• Stable work record with preferred experience in an industrial, civil, or mining environment
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
• Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
• Strict attention and compliance to Safety, equipment cleanliness, maintenance and completing logs
